Pamela Ellis
Pamela Ellis, a retired French Professor and Learning Disabilities Specialist, has owned and personally managed properties in San Diego for the last twenty years.
In 1999 Pamela looked for months for an income property in North Pacific Beach, a coveted, low density beach areas where homes are on large lots and beach access is just around the corner. After waiting and waiting, a For Sale sign finally popped up. She purchased Casitas del Mar, renovated the property, and rented both the downstairs (Casa Grande) and upstairs (El Cielo).
Over the years, she has acquired many return clients, especially Arizonans who come to escape the hot Arizona summers, Canadians in search of warm winter weather, North Americans who come from every state wanting to vacation in “America’s Finest City,” as well as a wide range of clients from Europe and Asia. Her return clients and their referrals make up the majority of the guests who enjoy this spacious property. It is not unusual for return guests to consider Casitas del Mar their second home. Return clients all know that their accommodations will meet or exceed their expectations.
In 2008, Pamela downsized to accommodate her retired life style. She now has moved into the upstairs (El Cielo). She finds that she often does not even see her downstairs clients as she travels frequently and spends much time with her granddaughters on “mini adventures.” She currently is the property manager of other family commercial and residential properties.
Pamela maintains Casitas del Mar in impeccable condition, employing a staff that has been with her for the past twenty years.
